Safety Squat Bar With Hands and Shoulder Pads
The Safety Squat Bar adds stability and comfort to your squat workouts! The padding adds comfort for your neck and shoulders, the cambered position allows for a more upright squat that places less pressure on your lower back. This bar will target your glutes and quads and allow for a greater range of motion and more gains! The handgrips and bent bars can help you control your center of gravity. The comfortable PVC pads can help your shoulders and arms from being hurt. Our Bar is steel from end to end. The bar is fitted with handles to combat limitations of shoulder mobility. The handles are 15” total: 5 inches of grip in a 30mm Diameter Handle. The handles are spaced 13 inches apart. At either end, the sleeves of the bar provide 13” of loadable length. In total, the bar is 87” long. The bars max capacity is 750lbs.
